Refugee Children-Lake Tonle Sap, Cambodia
This is a typical scene on Tonle Sap Lake, the largest lake in all of Southeast Asia. Thousands of people, mostly Vietnamese refugees, live in makeshift floating homes on the lake and subsist on fish, mollusks, or water borne plants. Despite the great need, there is very little humanitarian assistance for the residents of this area.
